6. dress to kill. Go put on that black, long-sleeved turtleneck top, those crisp, gray pants and three-inch, killer stilettos. Nothing like power-dressing to boost a woman's self-esteem sky-high. Those heels should force you to power-walk, too;

7. don't forget to be courteous and polite, to male and female alike. Being a leader doesn't mean you have to be--or have the license to be--rude and unrefined;

8. when a problem is given to you on a plate, stay calm and composed. Do not, in any way, panic, or if you must, don't ever show the world that your feathers are in the least bit ruffled. Know that you can solve whatever challenge is thrown your way. You are a woman and you are capable and competent;

9. there is nothing wrong with asking for help, should you need it, and when that time comes, go ahead and...

10. work those charms, lady. Remember, when all else fails, you can always count on your smile to put sugar on whatever is bitter. Melt those walls with your softness. You can be both fire and water because you are a woman!
